  Xavier have you ever done a neighborhood focus on SW 27 Ave between 8 St to the north and US 1 to the south? So much development in that area that was non-existent a few years ago.

  Do you know the status of Via 27? Its been a vacant lot for a couple of years now. Also what is your opinion on Luxor? What a terrible looking building…I never knew it was possible to construct a condo in 2007 with the aesthetics from 1980. I can’t see why anyone would buy (or rent) in that eyesore.

  That would be a great profile let me tell you. I agree, there are many notable changes in the area. It’ll be covered here that’s for sure.

  I have no word on the via 27 issue. It’ll be looked into.

  The Luxor is not the most aesthetically pleasing building that’s for sure. You should see the wack lobby. Pretty depressing. But, I can tell you that some of the floor plans are pretty well laid out.
