I always envisioned Pace Park as being a sort of Arts Park--due to its proximity to the PAC and Wynwood. The Mosaic thrones are a step in the right direction. I think an outdoor sculpture garden or pavilion would be more along the lines of what is compatible with the park.]]></description>

In toying with a redesign of Pace Park, a classmate of mine proposed a lighthouse at the Northern tip of the park. How much say did you all have in what was put infront of your building. And if you had the chance to chose, which ammenity would you like to have accross the street. Would a light house add value to your units.
