
The Miami City Commission puts Miami 21 to a final vote on June 28. Soon thereafter, developers, primarily in Sarnoff’s District 2, will be affected by the code revisions brought forth by the plan. Applications filed with the Zoning Department will be allowed to go through under existing zoning ordinances. The rest will not be exempt. Expect developers with previously drawn up unapproved plans to expedite them in anticipation of the Miami 21 vote.
