   Nice, but who would want to risk living there when the Muslim extremists turn to Dubai and get a hankerin’ to clean it up?

   Yea I wouldn’t bank on regional stability. Look at what happened with Beirut. From one day to the next prosperity was replaced with despair and ruin. Dubai rests in the danger zone.
