The Intercontinental Hotel Group is expanding in Miami. This time in the burgeoning suburban area of Dadeland. The Indigo, as it is called, is slated to open in 2008:

Funny…this was the brand we were trying to bring to the brickell area.
Why do you think they’re opting for the suburbs? This seems to be the trend considering the Doral location and now this move to Dadeland.
