This highlights the fact that we lack a traditional observatory deck in the Core. If we had one, something like this would not likely happen. But, all in all, I think it’s a good idea too.

I think that the balloon is a great idea but I thought the fountain was beautiful and I think that the balloon makes it look too much like a carnival, and a little less respectable than I think it should be. I think it also takes away from a certain peacefulness that the park had.
